Our Founder, Weatta Frazier, was born on September 18, 1963, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Joseph and Florence Frazier. She was raised in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, alongside her parents and four siblings. In 1982, Weatta continued her education at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where she earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising.
In 2015, Weatta founded The Legacy Exists, an organization rooted in community service and inspired by her father’s lifelong commitment to helping others. Through the years, the organization has remained dedicated to volunteerism while honoring Joe Frazier’s values and legacy.
In January 2023, Weatta transitioned from this life, leaving behind a lasting legacy of service, love, and purpose. Her vision for The Legacy Exists was to carry forward her father’s humanitarian efforts and ensure his impact would continue to uplift future generations.
